Every year, I go to the the french Alpes for a snowboarding session. This year, I wanted to track my runs and the mobile application Slopes is perfect for that because there is an apple watch companion.

Launching

Instead of having a spinner, the numbers are updated with a nice animation.

Navigation

One interesting thing here: there is 5 tabs BUT when you launch the app the second one (Logbook) is selected.

Sticky header

Just before the SectionList we have a simple search bar and a nice SectionHeader with the date.

Theming

In 2018, apple introduce the dark mode on macOS Mojave. One year later — with iOS 13 — all the iPhones users (not only developers) can use this mode. Nowadays it seams to be a requirement for all mobile apps.
